I think that it is very easy to feel generally unhappy and even depressed when things aren't going right in our lives. Thanks for the reminder that we make of our lives what we want and that we can make things better with some positive thinking.
I regularly get to feeling overwhelmed and depressed when I become highly aware of how much of life is out of our control. That is when I pull back and focus on my corner of the world. Am I making this spot the best it can be? Am I doing everything I can for my family and friends? Did I do my best today? This can only be accomplished by seeking out the positives and maintaining a positive perspective. Thanks, Linda.
